The programme for the conference is available here (updated on Tuesday, 22nd November 2016).

About the Conference

The conference focuses on the role of ICT as a key enabler for the smart living concept, including cyber security and privacy issues. A precondition for efficient development of this concept is new ICT and especially IOT services. This implied growth in user generated data raises concerns about the trust, security and privacy of user generated data. These concerns could result in regulatory bottle necks, the low adoption of smart living initiatives and other unforeseen consequences. Hence, this conference is organized to discuss these concerns, their potential impact and the way forward. Issues bothering on, but not limited to, the deployment of ICTs as a smart solution in facilitating a new social, economic and environmental way of life will be discussed.

Participants will come from the academia, businesses and government agencies. The participants of the conference will benefit from speakers and participants from developing countries, Europe and elsewhere.
