At this page you can read about how to connect to the CMI conference 2020, and what to do if you have technical problems.

We use Zoom Meetings as platform for the conference. Our Zoom runs at the servers of Aalborg University (https://aaudk.zoom.us), using AAUs zoom license.

Session Rooms in ZOOM

The main presentations as well as each of the three parallel tracks have each a Zoom Meeting ID. To enter the meeting, you need a password. The password is the same for all calls - you will recieve the password when you register for the conference:

  • Main room: (Keynote, Session numbers 2, 3, 5 and Conference end)

Instructions for presenters

For presenters, we have created a "Backstage" Zoom meeting, where you can check-in and test your equipment (e.g. microphone and screen sharing) and connection priot to your presentation.

Presenters are asked to connect to the Backstage Zoom call 30 minutes before their presentation. At our side you will be in contact with one of the three tecnical producers: Jannick, Bjørn and Josef. When the technical test has been completed, presenters are asked to join the room  / call in which they will make their presentation.

When it is your time to present, we will prompt you in the chat and will hand over the 'share screen' and the mike to you.
